## Customized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our custom gifts (engraved watches, 3D pillows, etc.), we **cannot accept returns or offer refunds** once the production process has started, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
## Standard Products
For non-customized items, we offer a **14-day return window** from the date of delivery.
* Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
## Damaged or Defective Items
