• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $60.00.

International Shipping

• We ship to most countries worldwide. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipment Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost, contact us at support@openclawpets.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package cannot be located.
